On behalf of our client, a growing company based in Neuchâtel, we are currently looking for a Payroll Compliance and Quality Analyst.


Vos tâches

Responsibilities will include the following :


  1. Ensure compliance with governmental and local labor and tax regulations for multiple international affiliates, in cooperation with outsourced consulting services.
  2. Participate in the development and implementation of International payroll policies and procedures + their follow-up.
  3. Ensure reliability and follow-up of payroll checklists
  4. Assist in gathering, preparing and reviewing audit documents (internal and external)
  5. Occasionally assist in reviewing payroll reconciliations in conjunction with GL Accountants.
  6. Ad-hoc administrative tasks related to above duties

Votre profil

Skills and Competencies required:

  • Sound understanding of Compliance and Risk Management (within the geographical areas covered)
  • Strong/Effective Interactions and Diplomacy skills
  • Must be flexible, able to prioritize and adapt to changes in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Detail Orientation and sound sense of prioritization


Education/ Background and Technical Skills:

  • Commercial education required (CFC, degree in accounting or HES a plus) or QBE within HR with previous payroll experience.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in international payroll processing or HR Administration.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Good Excel knowledge and past experience with integrated HR / Payroll software.
